Analyzing The Report Work Of Social Conditions And Public Opinions By Democratic Parties

The CPC-led multi-party cooperation and political consultation system is the basic political system of China. Compared with ruling ability construction of CCP, participation ability of Democratic Parties is the basic to political participation and democratic supervision, which are two functions of Democratic Parties. Establishing and improving the participation in the working mechanism is the important premise to show the superiority of the multi-party cooperation system.Based on the investigation and study by Democratic Parties or person, report work of social conditions and public opinions is reporting the situations, suggestions or comments to CCP and the government through specific channels. It is an important channel of participation and democratic supervision to Democratic Parties.The paper tries to promote report work of social conditions and public opinions of Democratic Parties in the current environment. The socialist political system with Chinese characteristics as the research background, the paper expounds the development process of Chinese political party system and the inevitability of formation by researching literatures. By the way of combining with the characteristics and advantages, the paper shows the importance of construction of ability of participation and reporting the social conditions and public opinions. The paper constructs the basic theoretical framework under the guidance of the theory of value and function of the CPC-led multi-party cooperation and political consultation system, the united front theory of Marx,The paper collects and analyzes the social conditions and public opinions reported by Shanghai Municipal Committee of China Association for Promoting Democracy in2011. Supplemented with questionnaire survey and discussion of the investigation, the author founds the problems.Then through these representations and general problems, the author rises to the global level, abstracted the basic reasons to restrict the development of reporting social conditions and public opinions of Democratic Parties:misunderstanding to reporting social conditions and public opinions, the political resources Democratic Parties can dominate is limited, lack of scientific quality evaluation standards and flow path, public witting rate is not high, the speed to deal with the new situation and new technology is slow.Therefore, the paper suggests:strengthen the consciousness and ability of the members in every stage, protect Democratic Parties to carry out from legal and regulations, establish quality evaluation system and improve the working process, expand the achievement of report social conditions and public opinions in the whole society, pay attention to play the role of the new class of party members, strengthen the construction under the network environment.
