Research On Community Home Care Service In Shijiazhuang City

In China’s increasingly serious aging background, in order to solve the problem of excessive pressure in children of the traditional family pension pension institutions, the imbalance between supply and demand are the two major issues, community home-based care services came into being. In recent years, the large and medium-sized cities will continue to improve and enrich the community home endowment service system construction and service content, fully integrated local population, economic and geographical conditions, community old-age home service center was established in the community, the community home care services to get better.A community home endowment service research, domestic researches are mostly concentrated on the theoretical level, a small amount of empirical research more to political, economic and social activities in the important position and has a leading role and the radiating capacity of big city as the research object. This paper takes Shijiazhuang city as the research object, with the guidance of collaborative governance theory, the research of Shijiazhuang community home care service. Through access to relevant literature, questionnaires and interviews and the collected data were input and processing. The results show that: with the improvement of living standards, community home care service needs of the diversified features manifested, elderly people of community home endowment service needs in a diversified, community home care services for the elderly age, physical status, cultural degree of different differences; the main supply mainly depends on the government and community home care service supply demand imbalance; community home endowment service effect is poor, elderly satisfaction degree is not high. The reason is the community home care service management system lags behind, the government functions positioning is not accurate, community home care services and resources to the lack of effective integration, community home care services to the professional level is low, community home care service market mechanism is not mature, social organizations and citizens in community home care services and community organizations is not perfect. At last, put forward a sound of Shijiazhuang City, community home care services collaborative governance path: the diversification of the supply of services; the diversity of service team; mufti service content; diversified service form; operation mechanism of diversified.
