A Study On The Development Condition Of Community Construction Under The Community Service Center

Community, which is the basic element of society, is the foundation of national governance. Nowadays, with the rapid economic development and diversification, social problems and contradictions of urban life gradually are exposed to the community level, and so the community governance is faced to more severe challenges. However, the government-led community governance are mostly concentrated in the physical community level, but at the community level to shape the humanities, there are many shortcomings, leading to heterogeneity of the community more and more obvious. Therefore, the social has the urgent need of a transformation or a deep transformation of the grass-roots social system to solve the problem of community governance, and community building and civil society is the liberating force or force training for civil society movement. Since the reform and opening up, Shenzhen as a model city of reform, has been at the forefront of reform. China taking Shenzhen as the main representative of the reformists constantly learns experiences from the idea of community building in Hong Kong and Taiwan to introduce the concept of community building and aspects of community development, and actively explore innovative new model of community governance, greatly promoted the economic development of Shenzhen and a harmonious society to become an important benchmark. Therefore, I use qualitative research to Shenzhen L community as an example, take the theoretical community building as the main line, and go through literature research, field observations and personal interviews and other methods of qualitative research to analysis the theoretical basis and the operating mode of community service center in Shenzhen under the basic community building. What’s more, SWOT analysis focuses on effectiveness of the services under the community Building in community service Center, on this basis, further summarized the action of the community to create community service centers and problems. At the end of the article occasion, the author integrates the actual communities and his own feelings, and summarily explores the inspiration and experience of community building, hoping to provide a theoretical basis and experience to promote the development of the practice in other parts of the country.
