Research On The Public Use Of Government Websites Impact Factors

Government website as representatives of Internet technology and management innovation, it is to achieve information disclosure, providing services to the public businesses and improve an important channel for public participation in the initiative.In recent years, a strong advocate of national government websites in China has made some achievements, such as the site coverage has improved significantly, the number of sites also showed a rising trend year by year, but still has some questions:low utilization rate, low public acceptance of the presence. These problems not only seriously affected the image and credibility of the government to the public, but also affects the management level and quality of government websites.Chinese scholars to research government websites more, mostly concentrated in the assessment of the performance of government websites, the site functional services, but research on the government website for public use does not have much action, so this study from outside government website, internal users two levels of government websites for public use behavioral factors were analyzed.This paper introduces information technology acceptance model based on the information architecture, quality of service and trust and other factors, the specific circumstances of the application for government websites, government websites built using public behavioral factors research framework put forward five hypotheses. It collected two hunndred and twenty seven questionnaires, through empirical analysis reveals the factors involved in the behavior of the public to verify the hypothesis, and put forward relevant suggestions.The main content of this paper include:The first part of the introduction is the establishment of research questions, mainly on the research background, research status, purpose and significance, content, methods and technical route.The second part of the theory applied in the present study, the model introduces the technology to receive, information architecture theory, trust and service quality review literature theory and its application in the theory of government websites in this section describes the theoretical knowledge mainly after the text of the public use of government websites influencing factors pave the way.The third part introduces the research design and empirical framework of this paper, through the knowledge of earlier research framework derived finishing, then for each variable is defined within the framework and then propose hypotheses, designing the questionnaire, described the contents of the questionnaire, the questionnaire first test, data collection and analysis of data.Part IV data statistics and analysis, the results of the questionnaire data for statistical analysis, starting with sample descriptive statistics, and secondly on the reliability and validity of the questionnaire was tested last variable regression analysis to identify the public factors influencing the government Web site.Part V conclusions and recommendations.
