Research On Social Welfare Receptions Of The Disabled And Influencing Factors

Welfare system is an important means for the country to support the non-working people. The development of the disabled welfare not only maintains the daily life of people with disabilities, but also is an important way to improve their well-being. This study use the disabled people as the direct objects of investigation, to study groups of the disabled welfare gain status and its influence factors. I choose the disabled as the research objects, trying to get status of the disabled welfare in the research groups based on interpretation of the influencing factors and the interaction logic. This research mainly focus on two questions, and I try to look for the answer through the analysis of the data:the first is what is the current situation of the welfare of disabled people, including the general access of the welfare and the special ways; the second is which main factors will influence the welfare gain, including the aspects of individual, disability, regional and the support factors. The research results will promote the research of the social welfare of the disabled and the development of the welfare of the disabled.This study mainly uses quantitative research methods, selection of North China (Tianjin), East China (Nanjing), four cities in the Northwest (Lanzhou) and Southwest (Chengdu) disabled as the investigation object, describe and compare the welfare of different groups of persons with disabilities to obtain current, general welfare, including three aspects of the social insurance, social relief and social welfare services; special handicapped welfare gain three levels, including subsidies, disabled, disabled service agencies or measures, through quantitative data processing, the welfare of disabled persons to obtain status and difference of the digital display. Analyzes the factors that affect the using the cross classification, mean comparison, correlation analysis statistical methods to the welfare of the disabled, in-depth study of individual factors (gender, age, health status), regional household factors (region, registered permanent residence), disability (disabilities class, disability rating, the leading cause of disability), support (marriage, education, employment, family economic status, self rating class) and other variables on the welfare gain from the situation of the influence factors.This study found that people with disabilities is not satisfied and not equal in the social welfare gain. The general and special welfare benefits were all got low scores and were significantly different between the groups with different characteristics, while the special social group is excluded in the welfare gain, by some high influence factors such as regional factors, categories of disability, disability rating, and support factors in education and employment. At the end of the paper, I try to collect the factors for the mechanism of the effects in the welfare, and then discussed that, the main driving force of the welfare gain is to set the welfare goals by the needs of social members, and set up the rule to prevent rejection from the government policy. Finally, we discuss the direction of development on welfare in the future. In the macro level, we need to build a long-term system from the production and transmission of welfare system aspect; and in the micro level, we needs to find a meeting point from members need of society welfare and the social welfare system, then we could improve the well-being of special groups better.
