Analysis Of Old-age Security And Influencing Factors Of Disabled People In Jilin Province

China is a country where the aging of population is gradually accelerating,and jilin province is no exception.In 2017,the proportion of elderly population over 60 years old in jilin province was as high as 19.93%,so the issue of old-age security must be attached great importance.In the elderly population,there is a part of the disabled elderly pension issues need more attention from the society.In 2017,4.71 percent of the elderly in jilin province were over 60 years old with a certificate.In this paper,the basic service status and demand information data of disabled people in jilin province in 2017 were dynamically updated to analyze the status quo and existing problems of oldage security for disabled people in jilin province,and provide countermeasures and Suggestions.In 2017,a total of 750,941 disabled people with certificates in jilin province participated in the endowment insurance,accounting for 55.53 percent.By using the binary Logistic regression model to analyze the factors affecting the participation of the disabled in the endowment insurance,the results show that the age,gender,household nature,marital status,economic and housing status,literacy,education level and disability level of the disabled have a significant impact on the participation of the disabled in the endowment insurance.Restricted by the level of economic development,the old-age security for the disabled in jilin province still has some problems,such as the incomplete old-age security system,insufficient social capital participation,lack of infrastructure,and insufficient understanding of the old-age security for the disabled.In order to improve the level of old-age security for the disabled in jilin province,we should start from improving the old-age security system and establish a governmentled old-age security system with full participation of social capital.By vigorously developing the economy,improving the education level of the disabled and strengthening the social support network for the disabled,the level of old-age security for the disabled has been constantly improved.
