It is only two years away from the goal of getting rid of poverty in 2020 and achieving a comprehensive well-off society.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that "a well-off society should be built in an all-round way,and there should be no more disabled people." Providing employment opportunities for disabled people with disabilities,promoting employment for disabled people,raising their income level and living standards,and enhancing their social identity have important practical significance for helping them get rid of poverty and achieve the first century goal.However,due to the relative lack of individual functions of disabled people and the lack of equal participation in market exchange,they are always in a weak position in the labor market competition.Coupled with the imbalance of social development structure,social discrimination and social exclusion,the employment of disabled people is becoming more and more difficult.In recent years,under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee,the cause of disability has developed rapidly,and the employment rate of people with disabilities has been significantly improved.However,their employment status is still not optimistic,and the employment capacity of disabled people is not high,which is the main reason hindering their employment.one.Therefore,analyzing the influencing factors of the employability of people with disabilities in Changchun City,and proposing a reasonable countermeasure to improve the employability of disabled people,plays an important role in promoting the employment of disabled people.Based on the theory of feasible ability,social exclusion theory and dominant perspective,this paper uses Excel and SPSS statistical software to organize data based on the website of China Disabled Persons Federation,the statistical bulletin of the development of disabled people in Changchun and field research data.And analysis,through descriptive statistical analysis,it is concluded that the disabled people in Changchun have low employment ability.On the one hand,the disabled have access to employment information channels,find long time to consume,have fewer jobs,and have poor job search and conversion capabilities;On the one hand,people with disabilities have shorter working lives,lower post levels,lower wages,difficulty in promotion,and poor ability to maintain work.Through binary logistic regression analysis,the six factors of disability category,disability level,occupational skills,family income level,number of relatives and friends,and satisfaction with barrier-free facilities have significant effects on the employability of disabled people,while gender,age,education level,and rehabilitation The five factors of service satisfaction and participation status are not significant.According to the results of data analysis,the article proposes measures to improve the employability of people with disabilities in Changchun from four aspects: strengthening vocational skills training for disabled people,broadening employment channels,optimizing barrier-free environment and deepening the work of rehabilitation services,so as to promote better disabled people.Employment.
