Rural governance body, However, should be attached great importance to the problems such as inefficient of governance system,the lack of responsibility subjects, inadequate of the legal system on rural governance and unsmooth operating of legalization system. At present and in future, we should focus on building the legalization system of rural governance, upholding leadership by the Communist party,persisting in the dominant position of the masses and the villagers’ self-government.Moreover, we should also promote the rural governance system run effectively according to legislation, jurisdiction, law implemention and popularizing law,there are five methods for it.Firstly, strengthening the leadership of village party organizations in rural governance;Secondly, the process of legalization system in rural governance should be based on village regulation. thirdly, promoting the legalization of urban and rural social management.fourthly,establishing the judicial function system of the rule of law in rural governance, the last one is to establish and adapt to the reality of ethnic minority areas in contemporary legal system.
