Research On The Autonomy Of Supportive Social Organizations Under Social Governance Innovation

In the background of social governance,government purchases public services has become a universal phenomenon,it can provide resources for the growth and development of social organizations,especially financial support.Under such circumstances,the social organizations started to develop rapidly.At the same time,the supporting social organizations serving both the grass-roots social organizations and government had also developed rapidly.As a bridge connecting the government with grassroots social organizations,the autonomous development of supporting social organizations is related to their own survival,the implementation of government procurement services and the growth of grassroots social organizations.In view of this,the article selects a typical and representative supportive social organization in Beijing,called A organization.Through a case study approach,the researcher deeply participates in the internal activities of the organization.Through the field observation and interview methods,the researcher collect the necessary information to understand the direction and development path of internal operation and management in an allround and multi-subject manner,and analyze the advantages,disadvantages and feasibility of the road to development autonomy,looking forward to promoting this case experience and making certain reference value to other social organizations' autonomy path research.This paper mainly launches from six parts: The first part is the introduction of the research,which mainly introduces the research background,the significance of the research and the research status at home and abroad.The second part is the research method,which mainly introduces the case study method,including the case selection,data collection and analysis method,and finally focuses on the case description.The third part and the fourth part of the data collation and analysis.Between them,the third part mainly introduces the implementation of the observation method,focusing on data analysis,it describes the daily activities carried out by the organization and its characteristics,the problems found in the observations,and the characteristics of the autonomy presented;The fourth part mainly introduces the implementation of the interview plan.Focusing on data analysis,next it will describe the main business of the organization,the problems faced,and summarize the autonomy characteristics in the development process.The fifth part is the research findings and conclusions.It mainly elaborates the current dilemma faced by institutions combining autonomy characteristics.The last part is the proposals,which are based on the information obtained by the researchers' observations and interviews.It aims to help the organization to embark on the road to autonomy.
