Measures And Revelation About Improving The Democratic And Supervision Function Of Vietnam Fatherland Front

Democracy, is a constant topic of the human being. Under the premise of absolute leadership position, how to develop various forms of socialist democracy is the contemporary socialist countries faced with major theoretical and practical problems. As an important form of democracy, deliberative democracy has brought to the attention of the various socialist country ruling party. Since the reforming and opening, Vietnam has been constantly exploring the theory and practice of socialist deliberative democracy, Fatherland Front is an important content of Political reform in Vietnam. By enhancing the function of democratic supervision, Fatherland Front play a more and more important role in consolidating the status of the ruling party and ensuring the people’s role to being masters of the country. Study the measures of enhancing the democratic supervision function of Fatherland Front contribute to comprehensive understanding the reform and opening policies of Vietnam, it is also useful to reforming and perfecting People’s Political Consultative Conference of our country.In this paper, I discuss from three aspects, in accordance with the background, measures, and evaluation. Firstly, the analysis of the background of enhancing democratic supervision function of Fatherland Front, mainly based on expounding the Fatherland Front of function and historical development process, to analysis the background of enhancing the Fatherland Front of democratic supervision, including the development orientation of the socialist market economy, political system reform, the ruling party change way, front rebuild its image and other factors. Secondly, the analysis of the measures of improving the Fatherland Front of democracy and supervision functions, including to enhance the Fatherland Front of political parties and independent function, help congressional elections, explore social supervision and new features of anti debate and unit people to maintain social stability. The last part is this article foothold, making an overall analysis and evaluation to Vietnam enhancing the democratic supervision function of Fatherland Front and summarizing the Vietnam Fatherland Front reform theory and practice of beneficial exploration, is helpful to put forward reasonable suggestions to promote the Chinese people’s Political Consultative Conference reform.
