Ever since the founding of CCP,it is consciously to join the issues of Chinesewomen’s liberation and nation’s fate together. From then on,Chinese women’s movemententered a new stage. Up to the establishment of PRC,women became true masters andplayed unparalleled roles in subsequent construction of new China.New-Democratic Revolution can be divided into four stages:The First RevolutionaryCivil War. During thisperiod, grand scene had witnessed the women’s liberation. The War of Liberation. Duringthis period, the vast majority of women firmly stood around the CCP. Meanwhile, theymade great contributions for the final victory of the war.During New-Democratic Revolution time, the CCP had made many policies which inline with the characteristics of the majority of women. The reason why CCP could do theseis that it had broad masses of women’s organizations. These women’s organizations arebridges between CCP and women, and played crucial roles in all previous women’smovements.Today’s women’s organization is the Women’s Federation which dominated by CCP.After decades of development, Women’s Federation has already made gratifyingachievements while there still exists some problems which should be resolved instantly. For example, the construction of primary-level organizations are lag behind its peers’ incities. Part of the primary-level Women’s Federation cadres’ theoretical level are not high. There are difficulties in the employment of rural women and part women’s legitimate rightsand interests can not be guaranteed. Several primary-level Women’s Federation does notattach importance to newspapers and petitions which related to women.
