The Research Of Community Democratic Supervision Function From The Perspective Of Urban Rural Integration

With the integration of urban and rural areas and construction of new urban development, a large number of rural population into the city, city com munity number is increasing. The social organization is changing deeply, ca n the social changes in the field of simple summary from "unit" to "communi ty" change. However, the construction of democratic politics in city commun ity is not optimistic,democratic construction level is still relatively low, espe cially the construction of democratic supervision mechanism of the commun ity is relatively backward, not to play should have the function of communi ty supervision organization, community residents to effectively express the D emocratic rights.This paper mainly under the perspective of urban-rural integration inNanhu District of Jiaxing city in Zhejiang Province in supervision committee mechanism implementation of analysis, to study the community supervision organization role in the community of democratic supervision function and r ules. This paper is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction,mainly expounds the research background and significance, research content s and methods; the second part is the theoretical part, introduced the relate d concept and the related theory; the third part describes the analysis of cur rent problems in community, democratic supervision of democratic supervisi on in China and its explanation; fourth part in supervision committee mechan ism of Nanhu District of Jiaxing city pilot operation is expounded, and the e valuation and analysis; the fifth part from the two aspects of community su pervision organization strengthen self construction and improve the communi ty supervision organization of the external environment, countermeasures on strengthening democratic supervision of community supervision organizatio n of community.
