Similar to this concept and low-carbon economy, circular economy, energy saving, etc. Ecological economy become a leading international community and the direction of future development in China, the legal system of calling. The purpose of this paper is to explore how to construct legal system of ecological economy of our country.Since reform and opening up, China’s party and the country actively learn from international experience, based on the actual conditions, formulate the basic perfect legal system of ecological economic system. However, because our country is undergoing profound changes, the rigid ecological economic legal system can not meet the demand of the development of social economy, there are many loopholes. Ecological environment protection in our country is lack of effective legal system guarantee, study how to perfect legal system of ecological economic system, the ecological environment protection in our country has important theoretical and realistic significance. Introduction including selected topic background and significance, the literature research both at home and abroad, research contents and research methods such as three parts, the objective of the ecological economic development background, the Anglo-American law system and continental law system countries on environmental legislation, in the present legislation situation and the deficiency. The text mainly includes four parts, first of all introduces the ecological economy and related concepts, followed by the introduction of domestic and foreign research of legal system of ecological economy academic dynamic, again is to analyze the legislative situation at home and abroad, the domestic legislation defects and can draw lessons from foreign experience, finally attempts to put forward countermeasures to improve the legal system of China, from the legislative ideas, the constitution and the basic law modification, ecological government construction three aspects put forward some Suggestions.
