The Study On Government Responsibility In Private Pension Institutions Development

At present, all over the worldwill face a common problem, that isthe aging population.Due to the continuous improvement of the level of science and technology and continuous development of modern medicine, people’s life is relatively prolonged, the aging of the population is transformed into the inevitable trend and private nursing homes began to come into people’s line of sight gradually acquired a recognized by people, to help the government to share the endowment pressure.However, in the face of how to guide the development of private pension institutions in our country, as the government for the understanding of the industry in China is not comprehensive enough, there is an weakened liability issues, which led to the our country private pension institutions in the construction is relatively backward.With the increase of aging population, the demand for our citizens is more and more large pension, and pension requirements are also gradually increase. Facing with the pension needs of the community, our private pension institutions entered into a stable development period, not only the increase in the number of private pension institutions, pension institutions and internal facilities have also been upgrading.However, as our government can not be a good guide of the development of private pension institutions, the private pension institutions of our country still exist with the dilemma of development, such as the shortage of professionals, implementation of the policy is not in place, and the lack of strict supervision and management.Therefore, to get our private pension institutions well developed in the current environment of the aging population, which requires our government to support private pension institutions and leadership.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter briefly introduces the background and purpose of this research, and analysis on the issue were reviewed at home and abroad in recent years;The second chapter briefly introduced private pension institutions as well as the current development of the basic trend, analyzes the necessity of the presence of private pension institutions and the problems of the government to guide the private pension institutions in the development process; the third chapter includes the X pension agency as a typical case to proceed,analyzes the service content, organization and human resources, to understand the plight of private pension institutions in the development process encountered;The fourth chapter describe the private pension agency of the US, Britain and Germany to find the experience andinspiration which suitable for our country;The fifth chapter start from a realistic standpoint to put forward suggestions to strengthen the private pension institutions of government responsibility. This study in order to promote the healthy development of private pension institutions as the theme. Discussion among government responsibility,put forward suggestions to strengthen the government management.
