The Case Study Of Illegal Carriage Of Electric Tricycle On 27th October In Longquanyi District Of Chengdu City

Illegal carriage of electric tricycle has been a social governance problem in many cities for a long time. One hand, illegal carriage of electric tricycle disturbs normal transport order, on the other hand, ill-car-condition and out-of-insurance bring harms to passengers, city image and social stability.This paper focuses on the problem of insufficient evidence and unsound system in the process of dealing with illegal carriage of electric tricycle in Longquanyi District, Chengdu. The author reveals that illegal carriage of electric tricycles didn’t get penalized enough, transport order and passengers didn’t be protected enough by researching the case of illegal carriage of electric tricycle happened on 27 th October, Longquanyi District. This paper pointing out that the root reason is insufficiency of traffic supply by comparing urbanization, population, quantity of cabs and buses of Longquanyi District to national standards. By methods of research, case-analyzing and literature review, this paper summarizes the experience of dealing with illegal carriage of electric tricycle, and concludes that local government must change the existing system. Local government must change the Taxi Management, prepare for private car to enter transportation market, and enrich means of transportation. Only use all kinds of measures above, can local government deal with illegal carriage of electric tricycle effectively.For electric tricycle occupy the Longquanyi District the illegal operation of vehicles more than 90% of the strength, although motorcycles, cars and so on is the illegal operation of the important carrier, but is not the focus of the paper, only the small amount involved, not to do in-depth study.
