Research On The Participation Of Community Academies In Community Cultural Governance

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made it clear that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which requires the construction of a socialist social governance system with Chinese characteristics and the building of a social governance pattern of CO governance and sharing.Culture,as the external embodiment of values and ideology,plays an important role in guiding the value of the national governance system in the new era,and plays an important role in enriching people’s spiritual world and building a socialist social governance system with Chinese characteristics.In order to thoroughly implement the overall layout of the central "five in one" and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s spirit of directing the implementation of the socialist core values,the community academy came into being.Community Academy,as a new form of com munity culture participating in community culture governance,plays an active role in community culture governance with its unique cultural dissemination and promotion of socialist core values.Based on the theory of governance and participatory governance,this study analyzes the problems and causes of the participation of community academies in community cultural governance,and puts forward the path selection of community academies in community cultural governance.It is found that the main problems of community Academies’ participation in community cultural governance include:unclear rights and responsibilities between governance subjects,lack of innovation in governance content and the governance effect to be improved.The main reasons for the above problems include: over intervention of the administrative departments in politics,imperfect system construction,relatively weak economic foundation,immature development of the academy itself in the subjective sense,and lack of participation awareness of the residents.On the basis of the above research and analysis,this paper puts forward the optimized path choice of community academy participating in Community Cultural Governance: strengthening the value guidance to promote community cohesion,exploring and improving the system construction of community academy,innovating the practice form of community academy,improving the participation consciousness of community residents and optimizing the resource allocation of Community Academy.Through the above measures,community academies will be promoted to carry forward excellent traditional culture,spread new ideas in the new era,form a strong cultural cohesion,and improve the grass-roots innovation of social governance system and capacity with Chinese characteristics.
