The Problems And Governance In The Transformation Of The “Villager To City Dweller” Community

"Villager to City dweller" community as a product of rapid urbanization development in recent years, already became an important way to reconstruct the new-type relation in urban and rural areas. In a certain extent, it is a microcosm of China’s urbanization process in rural to urban transformation. This paper is based on the research of the "Villager to City dweller” community problem, and select the case of community “LianHua village”. We find that community development faces a series of problems. It includes that the economic form is difficult to change, organizational system is chaotic, the slow transformation of the role of new citizens, community culture needs remodeling, etc. Study on the transformation of community problems is imminently. Through on-site investigation and data analysis, deeply analysis the transformation and difficulties of “Villager to City dweller”,this paper develops out that if we want to solve the dilemmas of transformation in current stage, it is required to change the economic form, build economic co-benefits community, rationalize the organization system, build collaborative community, promote the transformation of residents, develop the modern civil community, promote group integration, build a harmonious inclusive community, strengthen environmental construction, create a civilized environment community.
