Hubei Province XiShui Problems And Countermeasures Of The Integration Of Urban And Rural Public Service Research

The integration of urban and rural public service is targeted at China’s urban and rural public service unbalanced development situation of major proposition, it is the inevitable requirement of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, is also an integral part of the integration of urban and rural areas is an important part. Therefore, the exploration of the integration of urban and rural public services, has the very vital significance.From xishui county of hubei province cut, this paper deeply analyzes the present situation of urban and rural public services and deficiencies, to explore further perfecting the ways and methods of the integration of urban and rural public services. Through the analysis found that, in recent years XiShui in urban and rural public service supply side had the obvious improvement, but XiShui there are still some problems to be solved, facing the "heavy city light rural" concept is deeply ingrained, persistent implementation of strategy of "heavy industry light agriculture public service supply, the main body of a single, urban and rural resource misallocation of public service, etc. Lead to the causes of these problems mainly include:urban and rural household registration system reform is not enough, the government public service awareness deviation, diversified investment mechanism has not yet formed, the rural financial system remains to be further perfect, and lack of scientific and reasonable mechanism of demand expression of public service. The author thinks that, to gradually solve the dilemma facing the XiShui, XiShui government should adjust measures to local conditions, aiming at the problems of its own in a timely manner to improve, sets up "customer orientation", the scientific analysis of public demand, building integrated urban and rural public system of service, promoting the marketization of public service, continue to perfect the financial system and expression mechanism, thus effectively push XiShui into the integration of urban and rural public services.
