With the development of micro-channel marketing, we have to attach great importance to WeChat legal issues arising from the marketing.The first case of counterfeits in micro-channel marketing have aroused people’s concern and become hot spots of society, especially the attention and debate of wechat business and WeChat users. It is a milestone of law progress that the government create harsher sentences for counterfeits in Micro-channel marketing. This embodies the legal problems existing in the Micro-channel marketing and reveals the determination to the continued perfection of Micro-channel marketing law that is still nonexistent in our country law.Micro-channel marketing as a new product, there is much room for improvement in terms of legal regulation. The first case of counterfeits is an example of the legal issues in the presence of micro-channel marketing and this example triggers the micro-channel marketing-related legal issues to think them over.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction, micro-channel marketing by the current state of development, and this article is intended to lead to legal issues for discussion. The introduction includes the background, purpose and significance and methods of this topic. The second part is an overview of the micro-channel marketing, legal relationships, divided into two categories:micro-channel platform and the relationship between micro-channel users, and user micro-channel micro-channel users. The third part is the analysis of the micro-channel marketing and selling the country’s first case, a simple case, from the network registered trademark infringement and violation of consumer rights perspectives for analysis. The fourth part is the micro-channel marketing Consideration of legal issues, by analyzing one, two, three-part, proposes to make up for the micro-channel marketing, legal loopholes and improve the micro-channel marketing, legal regulation of countermeasures. Wherein the micro-channel marketing to improve legal regulations including the development of micro-channel marketing-related legislation, strengthen judicial protection of micro-channel marketing, MLM Case noted deficiencies relevant laws and regulations. The last part is the conclusion that summarizes the four parts and and draws conclusions.
