The Research On Effectiveness Problem Of Party Character Education In The New Period

The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC proposed that we must do a good job of party character education. The CPC have a higher require about party character education. TO improve the effectiveness of party character education has three dimensions. One is organization should pay more attention about it and one is Party school’s party character education, the last one is members’ subjective efforts. Party school sat at the heart of party character education as the melting pot of party character forge. So this text especially do a delicate research about party character education of party school. The party character education has three levels: subject,object, and circumstance, so the last part of this paper give suggestions from three levels.The effectiveness of party character education problem should improve endogenous dynamics of members and let members have a value recognition while party school grope for regular of party character education and ameliorate the circumstance.
