Official corruption refers to the corrupt action and phenomenon of those ministerial national cadres and above,which leads to serious consequences. Official corruption seriously affects the political stability and economic development in China, so to regard thesocial harmful nessand governance mechanisms of official corruption as the research object, it is not only based on the specific social background and personal experience and research interests, but also our responsibility and mission. it is of great importance to go into further study of this issue both from a theoretical perspective and a practical perspective.Certain theoretical basis is must for the research of the harmful nessand prevention mechanisms of official corruption. Official corruption is the product of the exploiting classes the ideology and life style. Will it be difficult to solve the corruption of the high officials in China as long as the deology and lifestyle of the exloiting class exist. We must pay high attention to the corruption the high officials to solve the corruptions in our social life so that to contain the production of negative corruption from the source.Official corruption is not only harmful to society seriously and deeply, seriously affecting the image of the party and the country, a serious impediment to the process of social rule of law, severely reducing the efficiency of the work of the Party and government departments, seriously affected the healthy growth of young people, is seriously lagging behind the building of a harmonious society.Official corruption is not caused by congenital factors, but a complex social reasons.
