Research On The Impact Of Social Integration Of Ethnic Minority Migrant Population On Social Governance Satisfaction In Shangha

As the center of national economy,Shanghai is also the forefront of reform and opening up and a modern international metropolis,where the elites and labor force of all countries and nationalities are constantly gathering.In China,Shanghai has attracted more and more ethnic minorities from all over the country to settle down and develop,and the number of floating ethnic population is expanding rapidly.However,this part of the group is quite different from the local people in terms of living habits,cultural customs,religious beliefs and other aspects,which is an implicit contradiction.At present,there are still many floating ethnic minorities who cannot deeply integrate into Shanghai,are in the "marginalized" zone of the city,and do not have high satisfaction with the social governance of Shanghai.It is very important to study the social integration of the floating ethnic population in Shanghai and its relationship with the satisfaction of social governance.This paper takes the floating population of ethnic minorities in Shanghai as the research object,based on the four dimensions under the framework of social integration and in connection with the satisfaction of social governance of the floating population of ethnic minorities,puts forward four hypotheses: Hypothesis 1: In terms of economic integration,the higher the level of economic integration,the higher the satisfaction of social governance;Hypothesis 2: In terms of behavioral adaptation,the higher the degree of behavioral adaptation,the higher the satisfaction of social governance;Hypothesis 3: In terms of cultural acceptance,the higher the degree of cultural acceptance of Shanghai,the higher the degree of social governance satisfaction;Hypothesis 4: In terms of identity,the higher the degree of identity of Shanghai,the higher the degree of social governance satisfaction.This article USES the Ordered Logit regression model as the main analysis model,studies the ethnic floating population in Shanghai social integration within the framework of economic integration,behavior,adaptation,cultural acceptance and identity of social governance dimension of satisfaction,found that the behavior to adapt to the dimensions of the high and low did not significantly influence the social governance of the satisfaction of the floating population of ethnic minorities.However,the dimensions of economic integration,cultural acceptance and identity identity have a significant positive impact on the social governance satisfaction of the floating ethnic population in Shanghai.Based on the research conclusions,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the social governance satisfaction degree of Shanghai’s ethnic floating population from three aspects of improving the economic integration degree,cultural acceptance degree and identity identity degree.In terms of improving the economic integration degree of the floating population of ethnic minorities,(1)strengthening the supply capacity of public services.To provide corresponding management and services for the floating population of ethnic minorities in Shanghai and safeguard their basic rights and interests.(2)To meet the livelihood needs of different floating ethnic minority sub-groups in Shanghai.Thus,all groups of ethnic floating population have no worries,improve the quality of life,and enhance the satisfaction of social governance.In terms of improving the cultural acceptance of ethnic floating population,(1)open the "soft governance" mode,respect and care for the material and spiritual needs of ethnic floating population.(2)Start from the micro unit--community.Carry out more interesting community cultural activities.In terms of improving the identity of the floating population of ethnic minorities,(1)establish a social cooperation governance model.Guiding religious activities to make minority floating population have spiritual belonging;The floating population of ethnic minorities should have corresponding social governance rights and be encouraged to participate in policy making and social management in Shanghai.(2)Give full play to the internal driving force of the floating population of ethnic minorities.Emphasis should be placed on the "microcirculation" of family in the social governance of minority floating population.(3)The interaction with the floating population of ethnic minorities should be strengthened to improve the identity of the floating population of ethnic minorities to Shanghai.
