A Preliminary Study On The Role Of Youth Social Organizations In The Area Of Kunming

Youth social organizations are the important channel to raise the attraction and cohesion of the Communist Youth League to the young, and constantly expand the horizontal and vertical work scope of the League. Therefore, it’s important to positively seek youth social organizations for contact, cultivate them, and put their role into full play. The thesis aims to sort out and make clear the development rule of the Youth social organizations in Kunming through systematic survey, typical case analysis, research on important points, and explore the solutions for the bottleneck of their development.By analyzing the basic situation, development status, development characteristics, and functional mechanism of Kunming youth social organizations, the thesis comes to explore such bottlenecks as the lack of legal identity, government support and steady capital in the process of their growth and role playing. Then it uses the methods of questionnaire survey, theoretical analysis and deep interview to draw the role-playing experience of youth social organizations, and proposes a strategy to bring Kunming youth social organizations into full play through four channels---creating a supportive environment on government level, promoting their organizational development on social level, play a pivotal role in the Communist Youth League and improving their organizational elements on their own.
