Study On The "Linkage Of Community, Social Organization And Social Workers" Mechanism Based On The Collaborative Governance Perspective

The linkage of community, social organization and social workers is a new pattern of the community governance that promote community as the platform, social organizations as the carrier, social workers for talents support in community governance and service, through the way of government-purchasing service. For the past few years, the linkage of community, social organization and social workers has been the new pattern of the community governance gradually, leading to a significant effect. What is the mechanism of the linkage of community, social organization and social workers? This is the stock issue of this study. Specifically, how community, social organization and social workers link up with each other? How does the linkage of community, social organization and social workers come true?Through empirical research, the article aims at investigating and analysizing the concrete conditions of the linkage of community, social organization and social workers of N District, Foshan City, drawing a conclusion of the linkage of community, social organization and social workers involving the causes, approaches, and effects. The mechanism of the linkage of community, social organization and social workers is the interaction relationship and function among community, social organization and social workers. The linkage of community, social organization and social workers mainly contains the dynamic mechanism, guarantee mechanism, trust mechanism, sharing mechanism and collaboration mechanism. The improvement of the dynamic mechanism and guarantee mechanism will create a good external environment and internal power for the trust mechanism, the sharing mechanism and collaboration mechanism, helping the benign development of the linkage of community, social organization and social workers. The establishment of the trust mechanism, the sharing mechanism and collaboration mechanism will react on the development of the dynamic mechanism and guarantee mechanism.The study found that, the linkage of community, social organization and social workers is a goverence pattern of diversified governance subjects which forms a composite force by share and complementation of superior resources under the drive of polices, goals and demands. And in nature, it is a kind of collaborative governance, and it is a combination of the goverence goal and demand under the drive of polices.It realizes the commom goal of promiting the common interest by trust,sharing and collaboration, while promoting its healthy development.
