Study On The Problem Of Social Work Intervention In "Village Change" Community Elderly Home Care Service

According to statistics from the national bureau of statistics,by December 2016,China had691,510 administrative villages,and by January 2018,China's urbanization rate has reached 58.5%.With the acceleration of the urbanization process,the community as a product of the urban-rural dual system will always exist.Although the implementation of the "village changed",to a certain extent,is conducive to promote the construction of urbanization in our country,but in the process of this change,changed many of the rights and interests of farmers has also been violated,one of the most prominent problem for their pension.With the aggravation of the aging degree,the traditional family pension has not been able to meet the diversified needs of the elderly,and the home care model has been accepted by more and more old people.This research is to accelerate the urbanization process,the "village resettlement" community is increasing,the aging trend is aggravated,the home care is gradually raised in the background.But how to safeguard the home village changed this special group of community elderly home endowment service quality,improve their professional level,so as to safeguard the home village changed the realization of the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly community is important issues in the development of the community home endowment patterns.Social worker with the "win-win" value concept and professional scientific working methods in a large number of community home endowment service work,mainly through specific activities to carry out various services community endowment the elderly at home.This study selected the case study method in qualitative research method,and selected the community of H "village change house" in the upper block of zhengzhou city as the research case.Based on its endowment the elderly at home,and community workers and community social workers interviews and observation,summarize and evaluate H "village changed" the elderly community home endowment service needs and present situation of the social work intervention.The author found that at present the community social work service content and the elderly service demand there is a conflict,the intervention of social work has failed to meet the demand of the old man home endowment service effectively,mainly reflects in: medical care needs for community elderly generalized demand,life care as the individualized service requirements are not met;The demand for spiritual consolation is partly satisfied,but the service type is single;Social engagement and community involvement are less demanding and are partially satisfied in their services.The author as a professional social workers on the basis of analyzing the status quo pension demand and service,using the method of professional social work,community work,group work and the methods of case work,for H "village changed" the elderly community home endowment service,including: to improve the elderly health care community activities,improve the elderly groups of self-worth and formed a "social workers and volunteers" case service mode.This series of activities carried out in perfect H "village changed" community home endowment service has made certain achievements,but there are still insufficient,finally based on the above practice to explore the social worker's professional reflection and Suggestions,mainly displays in:home endowment pattern has been formed,but needs to improve service design;The social worker service has been introduced,but the professional level of service and the understanding of socialworkers and the role orientation of social workers need to be changed.Although social workers have established cooperative relationship with community grass-roots workers,their cooperation degree and professional level need to be improved.Reflection based on the above,the author from the service object,social workers and community staff puts forward the corresponding Suggestions,hoping to promote and perfect the H village of "changed" the construction of the community elderly endowment patterns that occupy the home,the home village changed in other areas of community home endowment pattern formation be used for reference.
