| Since the 1970s,population aging has gradually become a more common trend of population development throughout the world.At the same time,China's aging population has deepened,social contradictions and problems caused by the aging of the population has become increasingly prominent,which makes the problem of the elderly gradually get the attention of the society,how to solve the pension problems of our elderly population has become a harmonious and stable development of Chinese society can not be ignored a question.With the change and development of the times,the pattern of the service for the aged in China has also changed greatly.The service objects and scope of the traditional institutions for the aged,family pension and community aged three are also changing and adjusting.With the development of society,the elderly pension demand is changing,all kinds of existing traditional pension mode gradually can not fully meet the different needs of the elderly pension,the emergence of this phenomenon to produce new social requirements and to catch up with times,pension mode to meet the needs of contemporary elderly pension.Community as the main space for the life of the elderly,the community old-age service model is bound to be an important area for the elderly to solve the problem of the elderly.In this paper,we take the community embedded pension institutions as the research object,and take the methods of participant observation,interview and other research methods to study the new embedded social pension mode in social work and the actual situation and satisfaction of the pension needs.Embedded community pension institutions social work participation mode is a new mode in community endowment mode,according to the demand of the existing pension and social resources for product integration adjustment,to a certain extent to meet the contemporary elderly pension on new demand,at the same time because it has a relatively short time,lack of practical experience,also exists some problems in the course of the actual operation.This paper first introduces and analyzes the background,purpose and significance of the research.At the same time,it defines the concept of community endowment,community embedded pension institutions,community embedded pension institutions,social work participation and so on.Secondly,based on the existing pension mode,the domestic community endowment pattern and community pension institutions embedded a simple literature,and from the needs of the elderly and the traditional community pension service model as the starting point,analyzes the traditional community endowment pension needs of the elderly to meet the situation.Then,through actual cases,the actual situation of the social work participation mode of the community embedded pension institutions in meeting the needs of the elderly in the elderly is introduced,and the advantages and existing problems are analyzed and discussed.Finally,the conclusions and suggestions are put forward according to the actual conditions and conditions.The community pension institutions embedded social work participation mode,to meet the pension needs of contemporary elderly,and provides a new mode of exploration and experience to solve the pension problem and improve the quality of service,the model for its own characteristics and have a great hope to become a future direction of the development of endowment patterns or trends.The model by making full use of social resources,mobilize the establishment of informal care system to supplement the formal care system,community based embedded pension institutions,community services,and then carry out community social work more,to further expand the social work service penetration and coverage in social work professional help,the pension needs of the elderly people's satisfaction,so that the community pension institutions embedded social work participation mode for better development,provide important support to solve the pension problem caused by the aging of the population. |
