"Islamic state" with its Methods of terrorist brutal struggle constantly challenged the moral bottom line of human society.Desire to restore the theocracy "caliphate" countries,upset the existing geopolitical order in the Middle East.The international system, based on "national soverignty" and "seperation of church and state" which established by "The Westphaliam Treaties",is under threat.As the same time,the raging of "islamic state" also brings to the local people and the peace-loving people around world very grave disaster.So far,however,there is no effective way to curb "islamic state"’s development when the international community is shocking its harm so great.This paper trying to clarify the development of "islamic state",and using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) from the international level,the national level and Subnational level to find the reason of its rise in a very short time,to carry out a comprehensive summary of the harm caused to the international community.And use the method of comparative study, find the special diffirent between"islamic state"and the other extremist groups.To provide a new perspective for people to comprehensive understanding "islamic state",this paper is composed of introduction, body and conclusion in chapter five, specific as follows:The first part is the introduction..This part explains the research origin,research status at home and abroad,the research methods.This part is focusing on cohort analysis,to make the "islamic state" get a simple comb.The second part is the body,including the second,third and fourth chapter,is the focus of this article.This section,after clarifying"islamic state"built,its cause of formation has made the induction and the summary,and further analyzes the damage of the rise of "islamic state"to the international community,regiorial and people.On this basis,combining with the results of other researchers,to refine the organizational characteristics of the organization and description.The third part is the conclusion.This part analyzed the current international society of inefficiency in dealing with the problem of "islamic state",and put forward the feasible approach.
