Research On The Country-Style Tourism Endowment

China is populous country, according to census data,it shows that the number of the old who are 65 years old and older has reached 68 million at the end of 2000-about 7.0% of its total population, which reaches the judgment aging population standards in the international community. That indicates China has entered to the aging society. In addition, with the transforming of family structure model, the old’s rising economic spending and t heir pursuing of high-quality retirement living standard, as well as some the conflicts between the modern and traditional endowment pattern, new requirements will be generated inevitably.Generally speaking, country-style tourism endowment is a combination of country-style tourism and country-style endowment, which is a brand-new endowment pattern and touring style. By integrating a variety of rural natural endowment resources and local humanities, it can not only promote the development of agriculture and solve the rural economic problems, but also be beneficial to the protection and sustainable development of the rural ecological environment. What’s more, it is one effective way to diversify pension ways and to ease the pressure of pension. Thus it is meaningful to study it.Xialu, a small town in the northwest of Keqiao Shaoxing, Zhejiang province, is in the Yangtze River Delta, which has strategic location and convenient transportation. It has been honored as "Global 500" of ecological environment and "Aglaia medical care". Its excellent ecological environment and medical advantages, as well as the approaching huge tourist market, guarantee the condition of this small town to develop its country-style tourism endowment. In this context, this paper does the theoretical analysis and practical plan of the country-style tourism endowment in Xialv, hoping to provide some theoretical support and reference for the case like Xialv and other rural tourism pension.Firstly, the paper defines the meaning of country-style tourism endowment and other related concepts and explains its relevant theoretical basis. Secondly, it analyzes the existing major traditional pension model and summarizes their problems and disadvantages. And then it puts forward with an idea that traditional pension models are changing and new form of pension models are emerging continually. Next step is to analyze and discuss the country-style tourism endowment, including its development prospects and construction analysis. Finally, by the introduction of Xialv and the study of the development of country-style tourism endowment, the paper expounds the model and ideas of the developing of Xialv, and proposes more strategies and measures.Because of my limited academic and research conditions, this paper has only finished the superficial analysis of the development of the village-style tourism endowment, where there are some unsolved problems, and still need a further research.
