Emancipists return to social employment, for themselves, beneficial to the enjoyment of fundamental rights as a citizen, do people a true sense; for society, in favor of a solid recovery, social relations, family structure; for the nation, is conducive to long-term stability of the country. Although the emancipists proven rebirth, then it is inherently labeled "offender" label, since ancient times, people thought that it belongs to the "guilty person" and therefore suffered from many, including when it return to society residence, employment, public services, social relationships, and marriage and family in social exclusion, the most obvious is the employment exclusion. Emancipists, although the employment problem is a commonplace problem, but it is always a big social management flawed. Solve the employment problem of emancipists is a fundamental means of promoting their smooth return to society, not to delinquency. In this paper, the problem of employment emancipists as a clue, to the social support theory perspective, to solve the employment difficulties emancipists to seek ways to focus on the root causes.The paper is divided into three parts, the first part is the first chapter, presented a problem: emancipists in life, employment has been excluded; the second part is the second chapter, analysis of the problem: the reason of the emancipists suffered employment exclusion; the third part of the article that is the third, fourth and fifth chapters, to solve the problem: for the rejection status of the first part and the second part of the analysis of the reasons for rejection, this section for solving problems, from the state, society and individuals to explore three aspects to solve the employment problems of emancipists approach, this section is also the focus of the article, therefore, this section is split into state support, social support, individual support from three chapters to write.The first chapter describes the employment status of emancipists suffer exclusion in real life, mainly in employment and limited access to employment both edges. Limited access because of the employment is mainly emancipists on their own or friends, and recommended streets and placement assistance and education organizations and their limited; edge employment mainly for informal employment, work hard less pay, job insecurity, lack of social security. Of course, the emancipists suffered employment may lead to the exclusion of its economic embarrassment, broken families, both physically and mentally damaged and deviant crime again.The second chapter analyzes the emancipists employment exclusion reasons. Three main aspects to analyze: legal and policy reasons, social reasons and personal reasons. Including laws and policies which restrict institutional exclusion, criminal record reporting obligations, employment meet the political system, unreasonable employment. Social reasons, the author cites a classic sociology term that is social capital. It analyzes the social capital of lack of emancipists employment and constraints. Emancipists lack of social capital, of course, there are many ways, but I pointed out in the text of the main three main aspects: the inherent bias of social discrimination, the slow development of non-governmental organizations and family support is not enough. As the family is one of the important personal social capital, the family support is not enough for this reason also attributed the present section. Personal reasons of emancipists employment exclusion, mainly referring to part of the emancipists lack of employment desire or underemployment that their capabilities can not meet the job requirements.Chapter III started to build the emancipists employment support system. This chapter covers the national employment support released prisoners. This chapter is divided into legal protection and state support. The first section, with respect to laws and policies limiting the foregoing the emancipists suffered in the course of employment, presented to existing laws and regulations in a number of institutional obstacles on emancipists to be modified. Including legal classification limitations of emancipists of qualification; deliberately made to distinguish between institutional constraints and delinquents, for delinquent should relax restrictions; repeal penal code article 100 of the criminal record reporting obligations, to further improve the existing political examination of system. Section II combines the Shanghai Pudong New Area of existing experience and practice, we presented three proposals to support the government: improve the policy system, to provide policy support for the implementation of employment; strengthening sector coordination, give full play to the strength of social assistance and education; promote employment forwardly extending assistance to strengthen the post-tracking help emancipists.The fourth chapter describes the full employment of emancipists needed to support social forces. This chapter of the integrated use of social theory, social mobilization theory, the theory of social bond, respectively, from the media, communities, non-governmental organizations, businesses to build four emancipists employment social support system. This chapter is divided into four sections, the first from the perspective of media and community participation to proceed, so that the public of the emancipists have a comprehensive and objective understanding and eliminate social prejudices and discrimination against emancipists; from the community into the second section angle to illustrate the community-building for the promotion of social capital emancipists, emancipists to strengthen the social ties, the importance of emancipists return to society to promote employment; voluntary organizations in the third quarter and earlier in the slow development NGO that reason close convergence, discussed in detail NGO and volunteer services for emancipists to help solve the employment problem of significance. In the fourth quarter, with respect to real-life business there is no discrimination for emancipists, is not strong willingness to accept the status quo, I hope entrepreneurs in the pursuit of economic efficiency at the same time, the response of state and government policies, and actively accept emancipists, focus social improvement.Finally, the fifth chapter from the individual, to build self-supporting system of emancipists. This chapter is divided into two parts: family support and self-support. Although the family is an important social capital emancipists, but considering the importance of the family for the individual as well as the integrity of the individual support system construction, it will support the family as individuals supported sect. We use this section of the American criminologist Hirsch social control theory of attachment theory, provide family support from the importance of the family as well as to repair the social bonds of attachment to employment for the emancipists. Section II discusses the importance of self-support to the emancipists. All the aforementioned article support body or system are all external auxiliary power, but the ultimate way to solve the problem of employment emancipists that the desire to strengthen their employability, enhance their employability. Therefore, this section proposes to change the emancipists erroneous ideas, promote their active integration into society, and to learn self-emancipists "empowerment", to enhance their employability.
