Research Of Community Policing Problems In Guangzhou Nansha

The concept of community policing is introduced to China in the 1980 s. After 20 years of research and practice, community policing has become the basis of the public security prevention and control system in our country, it’s a major strategy to realize the sustainable development of the public security work, plays a decisive role in the influence of the public security work. To carry out community policing, the police moved forward to the community, it’s to beforehand to prevent illegal crime by later hit to transfer. In recent years, the implementation of community policing in China, the distance between the police and the crowd is closer, showed a strong vitality and irreplaceable role. At present, from the overall situation, community policing work orderly, and development situation is good, has played an important role to improve social security, but also there are some problems, from a certain extent, restricted the effectiveness of community policing. To solve the problems is to ensure that the healthy development of the community policing work, to play a bigger role in the construction of a harmonious society’s important guarantee.The Nansha district is in the southern tip of Guangzhou, it’s the geometric center of the pearl river delta, and the only channel of Guangzhou to the sea, it connected with both sides of the urban agglomeration in pearl river mouth and it’s also an important hub for Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR, geographical advantage is obvious. In recent years, has been approved by the state council to become national development zone of Nansha district and second batch of free trade area. Nansha district, after years of rapid development, has attracted more and more talented people and migrant workers, the resident population and floating population were significantly increased, public security prevention and control pressure increase year by year, how to effectively for the community policing work through reform, to improve the level of Nansha district public security control is imminent. Because I work in Nansha district Zhujiang police station, I hope that through my understanding of the theory of community policing and grassroots work experience in recent years, explore suitable for an effective way of Guangzhou Nansha district community policing construction.This paper divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly adopt the method of question introduction, explains the meaning of this study to determine the research train of thought and analysis framework, research contents and research methods; The second chapter mainly introduces the concept and theory of community policing, lay theoretical foundation for the later chapter of writing; The third chapter first introduce the basic situation of Guangzhou Nansha district community policing, and prevent from police information collection, population management, shock and police service four aspects analysis the problems existing in the Nansha district community policing work; The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the research at home and abroad to the successful experience of community policing, draw lessons from the United States, Japan, Singapore and domestic community policing successful country, city community policing work experience; The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of Guangzhou Nansha district community policing.
