A t present China is in a critical period of social transformation, corruption continues and the network has gradually become an anti-corruption tool in the context of the information age, the role of the general public to participate in anti-corruption become more important. Especially from the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, with Xi Jinping as general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, reshaping the Part’s image in the people’s eyes, firming the determination to corrupt, and make innovation in anti-corruption pattern as well. In this background, the Internet has played an important role in government management and supervision, which plays an important role in promoting the construction of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. But there are a series of non-standardization problems in the process of network anti-corruption, from the numerous Network Anti-corruption cases, the anti-corruption process, there is a form of violence against corruption, has seriously affected the judicial departments of the case of fair and impartial ruling, the non standardized network of corruption has been a negative impact on the normal conduct of anti-corruption work. In view of this, this paper analyzes the current situation of China’s network anti-corruption, analyzes the existing problems in the process of network anti-corruption, from the legal norms, system norms and the behavior of Internet users in three ways to strengthen the standardization of network anti-corruption, and thus provide a theoretical reference for promoting China’s anti-corruption.This paper summarizes the concept and the relevant theoretical basis for the standardization of network anti-corruption, and lays a solid foundation for the further research. First, proposing the advantages of the network anti-corruption. Secondly, from the status quo of the government’s network of corruption, the status quo of the anti-corruption network and the results have achieved in recent years, three aspects of the current situation of China’s network corruption, and summed up the existence of non-standardized. Network Anti-corruption public opinion has evolved into a network of violence, network technology and corruption. To solve these problems, through the analysis of the developed countries such as the United States, South Korea, Singapore and the United Kingdom of Network Anti-corruption experience, proposed from four aspects, namely, to support the network supervision mechanism, independent of the network anti-corruption mechanism as the carrier, to enhance the anti corruption education for Internet users. Finally, the author puts forward the choice to realize the standardization of network anti-corruption, from the perspective of legal norms, the implementation of strict laws and regulations, and to establish a network anti-corruption system. From the perspective of system specification, the author proposes to strengthen the media literacy education, improve the ability of Internet users, improving the self-discipline and legal awareness.
