New Public Service Theory Of Service- Government Construction

In the case of today’s high degree of social civilization and progress, rapid social and economic development, and public social activities become a major player with the supervisor, governance must be based on public demand, in order to meet the development requirements of the times. However, China’s current governance there is a serious problem. In the social management official standard thinking is extremely serious, a direct result of a people-centered values missing; administrative service system is not perfect dislocation caused by the role of government; administrative services governance mechanism is not perfect cause excessive concentration of power. Therefore, how can the public be satisfied to establish a government, what problems exist in our country on the road to the establishment of service-oriented government, and how to clear these obstacles to achieve the government’s public service barriers and find suitable for a public service-oriented government in China’s national conditions path of innovation and development of China’s service-oriented government construction has important research value.In our country the construction of service-oriented government is a systematic project, involving all aspects of the reform of the administrative system. In the process of building a service-oriented government, we should not only absorb the international experience, but also base, the formation of a new service-oriented government has China characteristics. The new public service theory for our government "the management of the government" to "service-oriented government" change provides a useful theoretical basis and a new perspective.In this paper, the new public service theory, the study of the current status of service-oriented government management, in-depth analysis of the in-building service-oriented government in the problems that the government is missing in people-centered values, the role of government dislocation, manage excessive concentration of power.
