Research On The Present Situation And Promotion Path Of Township Government's Public Service

The construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics has made remarkable progress in all areas with the cooperation of all the peoples,and has a new beginning and milestone.Although China has made breakthroughs and innovations in the reform and functional transformation of government institutions and the integration of urban and rural areas.However,due to the special development background,the level of government public service still needs to be improved.Under the current situation,the key breakthrough of promoting the development of the modernization of the new rural construction,the efficient solution to the "three rural problems" and the implementation of rural revitalization strategy is to enhance the public service of township government.The public service of the township government,one the other word is not only related to the practical interests of the rural citizens,but also the construction of a new socialist countryside and a socialist modernization powerhouse in China.Based on public product theory,new public service theory and governance theory,first,this paper narrates the strategic significance of the improvement of public service of township government in China,namely the importance and necessity and then states the current situation and existing problems of public service establishment of township government.The paper proposes countermeasures to improve the public service of township government after analyzing the typical reform models and experience in other countries.All in all,since the reform and opening-up policy,our township government has made remarkable progress in the field of public service,but in the face of new demands and new expectations of the masses,there are still deficiencies,especially in terms of supply efficiency,total supply and service structure system.This article discusses the starting point of improving the township government's public service from various angles.including strengthening the service consciousness of the township government,updating the administrative concept,construction of service type township government,accurately dividing the functional boundaries,strengthening the coordination ability of the township government organizations,promoting the marketization of public service,and widening the way of social intervention,We should encourage the building of multiple forces,establish a scientific assessment system,improvethe efficient governance of the township government,open the channels for the expression of the residents,and cultivate the participatory political culture.
