Research On Government Credibility Of China From The Perspective Of Network Public Opinion

In Internet technology and the rapid development of network media today,a growing number of online media platform,in the qq,WeChat,weibo has been found on various social networking software,such as various types of the media,the Internet has become an integral part of social life,the public also obtained through the network more convenient direct expression of the window,this situation was improved the enthusiasm of the public participation in politics and the network public opinion also so conveniently.But the Internet has always been a double-edged sword,providing a platform for the government to monitor the people's speech,and the government has put forward a higher demand,and network governance has become a new difficulty in the work.Network public opinion incident broke out very frequently in recent years,the public,in most cases,the information is not accurate,and Internet rumors can correct in time,most of the time very ordinary remark after crazy on the Internet,can also cause public panic,because many topics related to their own interests and security.So at this stage,the government needs to manage the online public opinion issues,and actively seize the good opportunity to improve the government image.In the Internet age,it is not uncommon for people to have a lot of information.Internet public opinion is an uncontrollable expression and even a "butterfly effect".Internet public opinion has had a certain effect on the government's credibility,and the public hopes that once there is an accident,the government can handle and respond objectively and objectively and clear the rumors.Nowadays,in the case of online public opinion,the government lacks effective treatment in all aspects,and the public has not been able to get the response from the government in time.The government's credibility has been greatly reduced.Therefore,it is very important to find out a suitable way for the construction of government credibility in our country.In this paper,we will carry out in-depth study on how to build government credibility from the perspective of network public opinion.According to the method of combining theory with facts,this paper has conducted a more in-depth study on the construction of government credibility in online public opinion environment.The thesis is divided into six parts: the first part elaborates the background,significance and the relevant research status of this topic at home and abroad,and the main research methods of this paper.The second part starting from the theoretical basis,according to the writing during the period of review of related literature,this paper introduces the connotation of the network public opinion and the government's credibility,and related theoretical basis,the third part analyzes the relations between network public opinion and the government's credibility.The fourth part analyzes the problem of government credibility under the perspective of network public opinion.The fifth part provides references for the improvement and improvement of the credibility of our government by referring to the experience of the construction of public trust in Singapore and the United States.Sixth part aimed at the problems existing in the government credibility construction under the network environment of public opinion,and puts forward the concrete improvement countermeasures,from the construction of a service-oriented government,improve the transparency of network platform for government information publicity,strengthen network fighting corruption,broadening the channels for network monitoring,citizens own formulate measures to improve the quality of political participation.
