Research On Security Strategies In Large Event Of Quanzhou

With rapid development of our social economy, more frequently of international exchange, and more colorful life in our country, the large-scale event is increasing. There are two key factors which measure the success of large-scale events, one is the content of the event itself which is scientifically and wonderful, another one is the events in terms of security management which is detailed carefully and not broke out accident. Especially the second factor, it not only affect the society’s public order, people’s property and even life safety, but also affect the entire region, city, and even our country’s international reputation and social position. It became the focus for the whole society.Taking Quanzhou as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in security management of the large-scale events in Quanzhou, guided by the theories of security management and based on the realities of organizing large-scale events. Then this paper concludes four different factors which directly influence the security management of the large-scale events in Quanzhou, includes man, machine, media and management. Then it collects the large-scale events in years between 2000 and 2015 which broke out the public emergencies, and analyzes the causes of accidents, and summarize the experience in four factors that we should really learn from. Finally, we would form the security management of large-scale events in Quanzhou which based on the present situation analysis, impact factor system and advanced experience.
