The middle school teachers who are faced with intense work and the high pace life,responsible for personnel training and have the enormous pressure of entrance exams, haveurgent practical needs to update professional knowledge and enhance teaching. SoSchool-based research focusing on practical teaching and enhancing the professionalcompetence are given higher expectations. Traditional school-based teaching and researchmode having some advantages are used for many years, and still can be used in the moment.However, because of the low involvement, and the poor effect in reality, it has been difficultto meet the needs of teachers. Developing the new school-based teaching and research aredrawn more attention. To solve this problem, this study came into being, hoping to build amore efficient platform for school-based teaching and research by using modern networktechnology.First, the article analyzed the problems of the traditional teaching and research inprimary and secondary school and gave the analysis of the root causes of problems of thetraditional school-based teaching and research mode; and then the author gave the specificdesign of the network based research model from four aspects which are technicalenvironment, the user operation, cooperation, and discussion by way of literature research andquestionnaire to master the teachers’ needs in school-based teaching and research in networkenvironment and carried out the research based on the teaching in Tianjin Xianshuigu No.1High School. What’s more, the author displayed two typical cases—”Promoting with the Helpof the Experienced Teachers” and Lessons with Heterogeneous Conditions, telling how tocarry out school-based teaching and research in a network environment, and evaluated theteaching and research practice. Finally, the writer gave a summary of the research, anobjective analysis of the shortcomings in the study and research prospects.
