Dr. Gleen Doman is the pioneer of baby flash cards theory, and the theory is the outcomeof research and practice of him and his research team about infants and their brain developmentnearly half a century. This theory gains great concern during the early period of forming,spreads into many countries in the world quickly, and flash card teaching also occupies theearly education market in our country in the early21st century. However, compared with theincreasingly prosperity of flash card teaching, the research on it in our country is very rare.Based on this, this paper mainly adopts literature research, investigation research and caseanalysis and mainly research from the following six chapters by reading books and relevantliterature materials about Doman.The first chapter introduces the basic concept that relates to the paper, including earlyeducation and intellectual development, intelligence idea, flashcard and Doman flashcardteaching, and then expounds Doman flashcards teaching theory based on the brain science,physiology and psychology. The second chapter trims the development process of Domanflashcards teaching theory of the United States, and according to the development features, itcan be divided into three stages: the beginning of Doman flash card teaching theory, the rapiddevelopment of Doman flash card teaching theory, the further development of Doman flashcard teaching theory; The third chapter analyzes the inner structure of Doman flash cardteaching theory from the teaching objectives, the teaching principle, the teaching main body,the teaching content and the teaching process. The fourth chapter chooses the typical case toanalyze the process and the effect of teaching. The fifth chapter briefly explains the dispute ofDoman flash card teaching theory and summarizes its features. Chapter6evaluates the theoryfrom the macro and micro, and then come to some revelation.
