With the development of our education and reform, the role of teachers are paid more and more attention, teacher training to become China’s teacher education is an important task. In recent years, the relevant departments in different levels to input large amount of manpower, material resources, financial resources to strengthen the work of teachers training. But due to various constraints, the current teacher training especially the rural area teachers training work also exists in formal, inefficient wait for a problem. The author found, the current teacher training does exist in some to be improved, such as teachers’ training target positioning is not accurate, the teacher training curriculum and lack of system structure, because it is often seen. Teacher training course phenomenon, the single form of teacher training, evaluation and management needs to be strengthened, teacher training research quality should be improved etc.. For the above phenomenon through personal participation, field survey, questionnaire survey, interview and observation, the participatory training on the basis of the theory, put forward group of Participatory Teacher Training Theory, and combined with the specific example of team of Participatory Teacher training effectiveness were analyzed statistically, summed up the team of Participatory Teacher Training strategies.
