Class system culture is the institutional guarantee of keeping the normal class order. However, with the development of society and times, most of Chinese class system culture is always following the traditional model and is in the frame of authoritative knowledge and teachers’power at present. Then, some of class system culture has the phenomenon of excessive discipline, which is bad for students’development. This paper choose N middle school to be the individual case, and adopts the interviewing method and the observational method to research the excessive discipline about N middle school’s class system culture. At last, the paper puts forward some supporting decisions, which makes class system culture be free. The paper has the following parts:The introduction, expounds the relevant research background, the cause of issue selection, correlative status from domestic and abroad and this study significance, the basic thought and mean about the paper.The first part of the main body, analysis the intension and significance of the class system culture. It analysis class system culture’s definition, type, feature and the significance of building the favorable class system culture. The significance contains three points:adapting students’need of psychological characteristics and promoting their personality perfection, agglomerating the relationship between students and teachers and promoting teachers’personality charm, arousing students’ vigour and enriching campus life.The second part of the main body, diagnoses the excessive discipline’s expressions and consequences of class system culture about N middle school. The expressions include the following parts:the dominant player of the class system culture, the body and classroom space’s excessive discipline, the excessive discipline of the punishment. Of course, the class system culture’s excessive discipline has some harmful effects, such as constrainting students’individuality and freedom, hindering the activity between students and teachers, smothering class atmosphere.The third part of the main body, diagnoses the reasons of the excessive discipline about N middle school’s class system culture. It contains catering to the require of exam-oriented education, keeping teachers’authority, teachers’error locating to students, and the school functions’ dissimilation.The last part of the main body, thinks about the class system culture of N middle school how to trend freedom from excessive discipline. Firstly, the paper analysis the freedom’s representation in the class system culture and how to grasp the bonds properly bewteen the discipline and freedom. Then, it gives some probable suggestions which can make the class system culture be free from the discipline. The suggestions are letting students and teachers attend the construction of class system culture together, following the body and mind development method of students and pormoting students’ self-operating capability, paying attention to students groups’positive guidance.
