The significance contains three points:adapting students’need of psychological characteristics and promoting their personality perfection, agglomerating the relationship between students and teachers and promoting teachers’personality charm, arousing students’ vigour and enriching campus life.The second part of the main body, diagnoses the excessive discipline’s expressions and consequences of class system culture about N middle school. The expressions include the following parts:the dominant player of the class system culture, the body and classroom space’s excessive discipline, the excessive discipline of the punishment.
