Research On The Construction Of Discipline Culture In My Country's Universities Under The Background Of First-class Disciplines

Culture is an important factor for the university to grow.The formation of the university benefits from the organic composition of each discipline,disciplines are the foundation of the university.Since the generation,inheritance and application of knowledge are carried out in various disciplines,and the discipline has become the foothold of building a first-class university,the construction of first-class disciplines is a prerequisite for building a first-class university.The discipline construction that current academic circles pay attention to is often from the perspective of “hard indicators”,and it is a key hard indicator,and pays less attention to the spiritual core of discipline development.In fact,in addition to focusing on hard indicators,we should pay more attention to the construction of discipline culture.Paying attention to discipline culture is an important way to build a first-class discipline.The imbalance of the level of discipline development is not only the imbalance of hardware conditions,but also the gap of internal software,that is,the gap of discipline culture.This paper attempts to interpret a series of phenomena and problems in the process of discipline culture construction from the background of first-class disciplines,and explore a new path of university discipline culture construction.First of all,to clarify what is the discipline culture,it is not only the sum of the subject knowledge,academic atmosphere,code of conduct and value appeal formed by the long-term development of the subject members,but also the interpersonal relationship,subject characteristics and orientation within the discipline and discipline.Academic reputation and the social influence of the discipline,etc.,but these are difficult to measure from the perspective of quantitative indicators.In general,the discipline culture is the subordinate concept of culture.The four points of reference to culture are mentioned in the discipline culture.Therefore,the discipline culture consists of four levels: discipline material culture,discipline institutional culture,discipline behavior culture and discipline spirit culture.Secondly,the interview outline is formulated according to the four levels of the discipline culture,and the predicament of the current discipline culture construction is proposed based on the interview materials.The material level includes the lag of hardware facilities and the database is too thin;the institutional level includes the tragedy of the commons under the thesis evaluation system and the imbalance between teaching and research under the title evaluation system;the behavioral level includes the cultural barrier between disciplines.The teacher's pressure is aggravated under the background of two-class and the lack of good teacher-student relationship;the spiritual level includes the lack of cohesiveness of the subject team and the lack of academic belonging of teachers.Finally,based on the background of first-class disciplines,the path of the construction of university discipline culture in China is proposed.From the material level,it is proposed to update the integrated database and carry out the cultural construction of the laboratory.From the institutional level,the "first-class discipline" should pay attention to the evaluation of the reputation of the discipline,from the publication review to the literary evaluation and balance teaching and research.The relationship between the two should be based on the behavioral level to promote the interdisciplinary exchanges and cooperation,to ease the pressure of teachers to create a first-class faculty and to create a humanistic relationship between teachers and students.Enhance the sense of belonging of teachers from the perspective of human management.
