Research On The Construction Of Discipline System In Colleges And Universities Under The Background Of "double First-class"

Along with the rapid expansion of the scale of higher education in China,the internal and external environment of higher education is more complicated,and the complexity of education decision-making is increasing.China's higher education has officially reform enters deep water area.Under the new situation,the traditional administrative management logic methods of colleges and universities are increasingly unable to adapt to the needs of first-class disciplines based on disciplinary logic has emerged.The system is the basis for regulating internal power and ensuring the smooth operation of internal factors within a certain scope.The academic system as an educational security system that can take into account the deep knowledge production and the cultivation of senior talents has important guiding significance for the reform of university discipline construction.The development logic of the disciplinary system has moved to the modern mode of rational construction on the basis of the original form of self-generation,and the modern discipline system construction will affect the development of education as a construction model with institutional rationality.This paper summarizes the status quo of the construction of the discipline system in China,and finds five characteristics:the scientific research-oriented discipline team training,the subject evaluation with the standard objective,the talent cultivation with the concept of knowledge center,discipline base construction oriented to the needs of colleges and universities and discipline management based on national strategy.For a long time,there have been some problems,such as the low level of the team due to the lag of the concept of team building;the unilateralization of scientific research evaluation due to the imperfect quality of academic research;the problem of talent training and social needs due to the single form of personnel training;the level of subject bases caused by the relatively closed construction of subject bases and the lack of academic autonomy due to the administration of subject management.The experience of world-class university discipline system construction is summarized that the discipline system construction of the world's top universities generally has a high-quality discipline team structure,a comprehensive coverage of the discipline evaluation system,and a diversified talent training method,providing openness,the construction of the subject base has an autonomous discipline management approach.The construction of academic discipline system in colleges and universities will become an important support for promoting the construction of first-class universities and first-class disciplines.In the future,it needs to pay more attention to the discipline construction model of innovation and development,advocate objective and far-reaching discipline evaluation system,and build a quality-oriented talent training system,highlight the Chinese characteristics of the discipline base construction model,emphasizing faculty governance model center of gravity sinking.
