Education, as a type of symbiosis with humans being, still did not have a clear and uniform definition. Gu Mingyuan has said:"May be the most common thing in the world, is most difficult to define it, Education more generally than any activities, just as people dining, to occur every day ".What is Education? This paper stands firmly on pedagogy, With the inspiration of American famous scientific philosopher Thomas Kuhn’s paradigm theory.Inherite the relevant research results of the predecessors, and try to answer "what is Education?"This study is based on the teachers of today’s Education lack of internal interest when they are working. Just saw it as a means to earn a living; The students had been losing the interest about study, They believe that learning is a tortured activity, why everyone loves games, participates in it consciously,voluntarily. And through it can develop themselves fully、 perfectly? What is the relationship between Education and games?The investigation showed that:Although the form spirit of today’s Education are different from games, the not dissimilation of Education is a kind of game. Therefore, only the Education returns to the essence of games, can make teachers and students through the special Education change their "Alienated labor" to "Real labor ". This paper demonstrated "Education is Game" as fallows. Firstly, From the meaning of games, and the games effected the players’physical and psychological, and games are the essential existing way of person, Demonstrated Games is a kind of Education. That is to say "Games is Education"Secondly, From the origin of education, and the consequences of Games separated from Education and Labor, and Education should return to the essence of Games, Demonstrated Education is a kind of Games, That is to say "Education is Game".Thirdly, from the teachers’professional views, and the students learning views, Demonstrated Education lost the essence of Games, Caused the "Alienated labor"of teachers and students, and the consequences of it. So put forward Games is the essence of teachers and students’labor. As well as the conditions and meanings of the labor of teachers and students’return to the essence of Games.Finally, This paper demonstrated the educational views of "Education as game" theoretical paradigm. The "people-oriented" teleology; The standpoint of game generates curriculum; The standpoint of Highly equality between teachers and students; The conception of teaching about "Dialogue" and the standpoint of multiplex、evolutive evaluation.Embodies the Education implicates the spirit、 character of game, the Education is a special game truly.
