With the development of network technology, E-learning plays important role in ourstudy, research on online learning has become a hot issue, with the "performance" wasintroduced into the area of study, the "learning performance "aroused widespread concerndomestic scholars, learning how to promote learners’ web learning performance becomes animportant subject in the field of education. Learning performance opens up a newperspective to re-examine the education, however, the factors that affect networkperformance has a lot to learn, large social environment, small changes will affect thepsychological learners to study the performance of the network, this study focuses on theinteraction of teachers and students to explore and the relationship between the learner’slearning performance networks, it is not only because of the interaction of teachers andstudents in the learning process can not be a missing link, but due to network separationcaused by lack of space and time to learn the interaction of teachers and students shouldarouse our attention. The study was conducted by a measure dimensions classifieddocument analysis of teacher-student interaction and network learning performance, againon the basis of learners through the questionnaire survey, through the recovery of datacorrelation and regression analysis to investigate two specific variables correlation between, according to research findings and offers some suggestions for the promotion of learnerreference network learning performance. This article includes six chapters. The first chapter briefly introduces the researchbackground, significance, purpose, research methods, structures, etc.; Chapter II on thebasis of the literature on the concept of teacher-student interaction and learningPerformance characteristics and research status at home and abroad analysis; The thirdchapter is an introduction to the study of the system, including the introduction of thestudy, variable measurements, as well as interviews with law; Chapter IV based on the basisof a literature review on the plain in front of the prepared questionnaire, and aquestionnaire to recover data using SPSS Software correlation and regression analysis. Chapter five chapters summarize the basis of the previous analysis, from three aspectsproposed improvement measures in order to promote learners’ learning performancenetworks. The sixth chapter is a reflection of the entire study, analyze and summarize thefindings, the results of research and identify shortcomings, suggestions to further improvefor the future.
