With the advancement of education informatization,colleges and universities are facing new challenges of teaching and learning reorganization.The hybrid learning classroom combining traditional classroom and online classroom has become a new trend,and teaching interaction and learning performance have also received widespread attention.Teaching interaction is an important way to promote learners to realize knowledge from low level to high level,an important means to improve learners' learning effect,and an important factor affecting learners' overall development.Look at the current hybrid environment,found that the interaction between teachers,students and teaching resource more complexity,and did not achieve high quality teaching interaction,such as the interaction between teachers and students,students not in time not actively participate in interaction,interactive mode of the single,inevitably lead to the students' learning performance is not ideal,reduce the possibility of realizing core literacy cultivation.Therefore,this study mainly discusses the impact of different types of teaching interaction on learners' learning performance in a blended learning environment,and proposes optimization strategies in order to improve the interaction quality and improve learning performance in a blended learning environment,which has important theoretical and practical significance.This study takes a blended course in a university as an example and takes teaching interaction as the foothold of the study.Through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and interview,794 students who participated in the course were surveyed,and some students were interviewed.SPSS and AMOS were used to analyze and process the data and impact model,and the relationship between teaching interaction and learning performance was discussed.The results show that :(1)student-content interaction has a significant positive impact on learning performance.(2)Compared with other dimensions of teaching interaction,student-teacher interaction is the factor that has the least influence on learning performance,and the influence on different dimensions of learning performance is different.(3)Student student interaction has a positive and significant impact on learning performance.(4)The interaction between students and self has a positive and significant impact on learning performance.(5)The interaction between students and interface has no significant impact on learning performance.In order to optimize the quality of teaching interaction and improve learning performance in blended learning environment,the following suggestions are put forward.In terms of the interaction between students and content,the interaction content is established according to the teaching objectives to ensure the universality of the interaction between students and content.Comprehensively integrate learning content and improve students' learning performance through multiple channels;Strengthen the design of learning content,provide teaching and learning support behavior.At the level of interaction between students and teachers,the role transformation of teachers should be accelerated and the most influential feeding role should be played.Encourage teachers to make multiple evaluations to form a learning environment that promotes learning and teaching by evaluation;Increase teacher participation and build a continuous two-way communication path.At the level of student-student interaction,it promotes mutual assistance among peers and creates a knowledge sharing circle suitable for students.Support students to connect with each other,avoid the game psychology between students;Based on the performance evaluation of students,pay attention to the common growth of learners.At the level of interaction between students and themselves,it arouses students' self-study consciousness and finds the breakthrough point of cultivating their self-study ability.Establish self-interaction mechanism to promote the development of metacognitive ability;Build a self-performance evaluation system to accurately assist the establishment of personal introspection space.At the level of interaction between students and the interface,the form of learning interface presentation is screened and the learning space suitable for students' courses is established.Improve the level of interactive interface design,build a "two-in-one" interface service system;We will accelerate the application of new technologies and improve the "human-interface" interaction experience.
