Influences Of Changes Of University Teachers’ Behaviors On Ideology And Morality Of The Students

University teachers’ behaviors have an important effect on the formation of thestudents’ ideology and morality. Behaviors of teachers in Colleges exhibit nowadayshave changed compared with the traditional teachers’. This paper studies on thebehaviors of university teachers and the effect on students’ Ideological and morality,summarizes the reasons and problems, and provides reference for perfectinguniversity teachers’ behaviors and enhance the level of university Students’Ideological and morality.This paper consists of five parts.In the first part, this paper expounds the connotation and the significance ofuniversity teacher’s behaviors.In the second part, this paper expounds the changes of university teacher’sbehaviors, Including the positive and negative changes.The third part analyses the reasons of the negative changes of universityteacher’s behaviors from the aspects as the academic evaluation system, universitysystem, social environment and the qualities of the teachers.The forth part expounds the positive influence and negative influence ofuniversity teacher’s behaviors on the university students.The fifth part puts forwards the countermeasures to perfect universityteachers’ behaviors and enhance the level of College Students’ Ideological andmorality.
