| The survival status of teachers is a hot topic in current research,but there are few studies on the survival status of music teachers in China.Music teachers are an integral part of the entire teaching team.As Professor Cao Li stated in the book "Pedagogy of Music","Music teachers are not only an indispensable force for the inheritance and development of human social music culture,but also to cultivate people to feel beauty,appreciate beauty,express beauty and create beauty.To implement music aesthetic education and create a " soul engineer " of perfect personality." As an important executor of quality education,the survival status of music teachers will directly affect the quality and effect of school music education,and then affect the promotion and implementation of quality education.The author takes the survival status of the music teachers in junior high schools in Ruyang County as the starting point and research object.First of all,based on the research on the survival status of music teachers at home and abroad,a research summary is formed;secondly,the data analysis method is used to analyze and control the overall junior middle school music teachers in Ruyang County;again,from the perspective of anthropology,through a large number of The interview conducted a narrative research method to investigate the living conditions of elderly music teacher Zhao Tianxi,middle-aged music teacher Zhou Lidan,and young music teacher Zhang Shuyi from four aspects: schooling experience,work experience,daily life,and professional development..The results of the study show that the three generations of music teachers of the old,middle and young generations have their own survival characteristics and different emphasis on survival: older teachers are full of feelings for music education and have a high sense of professional identity.Due to the lack of necessary external conditions,their professional development is struggling.Today,the conditions are gradually improving,and the status quo of survival has not changed much;the middle-aged music teacher generation has a heavy burden of life.Although gradually getting good music teaching conditions,the teaching work is not valued,resulting in heavy work pressure and limited professional development.The sense of stress and motivation are not strong;the young music teacher generation is young and energetic,has strong professional knowledge,and is eager to complete the change of identity role,but at the same time faces many problems such as marriage and family formation,which makes it difficult to balance work and life,and its professional development Lack of opportunities,general confusion about career prospects,career happiness and sustainable development are not strong.Through an objective investigation and analysis of the survival status of the three generations of music teachers in junior high schools in Ruyang County,we can find that:Ruyang County junior high school music teachers are facing a big survival dilemma.The enthusiasm and creativity are extremely unfavorable to the development of music education.Aiming at the above problems,the author proposes to improve the current status of junior high school music teachers in Ruyang County. |
