At the beginning of2014, China central television broadcasts the science andtechnology awards for middle school students. The achievements are contact closelywith physics. It can’t leave the science education.In the current physics teaching hascreated serious dine phenomenon and the polarization phenomenon. These are closelyrelated to students’ physical learning self-efficacy.This paper uses the Self-efficacy theory. The300junior high school studentswho come from an ordinary rural middle school in Lanzhou City are chosen to do theresearch. The investigation uses the method of questionnaires and interview. Thispaper analyzes the Physical learning self-efficacy whether there is a difference indifferent grade, class, gender, physical performance and physical tutoring level bySPSS software. It analyzes the survey data and the reasons of the differences combinewith the Self-efficacy theory, Attribution theory and so on. Finally, we are puttingforward teaching suggestions to teachers to improve the student’s physical learningself-efficacy.The survey says seven aspects.1.The level of physical learning self-efficacy ofthe school at the middle level.2. The scores of the grade eight is slightly higher thanthe grade nine.3. The score has a small difference in different class.4. The boys’score is significant higher than that of girls.5. According to the study in Physics,achievements will change the efficacy.6. The scores of the students who areparticipating tutors are higher than others.7. It is significantly associated with theirwork in class. The regression coefficient analysis shows that the overall’s regressioncoefficient was0.546, the eighth grade’s is0.593; the ninth grade’s is0.511; themale’s is0.618; the female’s is0.433.The students’ class ranks are more importantthan physical achievement test scores in affecting students’ physical learningself-efficacy. When mixing boys and girls in a same class. It changes their goals,attitudes. Both the human environment and their performance will be different.
