Physics is a basic course of science learning in high school, in order to improvethe scientific literacy of students. The current situation of education, people paymore attention to quality education, students’ interest in learning and innovationability. This requires teachers to strengthen the research and practice of teachingreform, requires teachers become researchers and practitioners to promote teachingreform. In high school physics teaching, exercise teaching plays a very importantrole. How to carry out the high school physics exercises teaching better, inaccordance with the concept of curriculum reform, is a very worthy of study.This study from the related literature at home and abroad, analysis the characterand function of the physical exercises teaching, types and selection of physicalexercises, process and method, research the relevant teaching strategies. Finally,analyzed the common problems existing in teaching of physical exercises, in order tosolve these problems, systematic study on the high school physics exercises teachingstrategies, get the teachers’ teaching strategies and the students’ learning strategies.The applications of these strategies are given for typical teaching cases, and studiedthe effects of these strategies in practice. Finally, according to the strategy use putforward some teaching suggestions.use exercise introducing strategy can focus the attention of students, andmobilize the enthusiasm of students,teachers can find the problems existing in thestudents. In the communication between students, students’ problems can be wellsolved. Teacher’ positive feedback and encouragement can help students to developgood learning attitude. The better students more like " several solutions to oneproblem” strategy. Most of students like "more questions classified one type". Thefirst grade students are not suitable for “several solutions to one problem ". Manystudents is not active at correction and review, need the teacher supervision.
