The Effective Communication On Chinese Martial Arts In Egypt

In this study, I used a variety of research methods, such as literature, logical analysis,questionnaire, field surveys, expert interviews, etc, and targeted the martial arts classes ofChinese Culture Center in Cairo, Egypt, and six Egyptian martial arts clubs for the study.Also I used communication theory to do Investigation and analysis of Martial status andexisting practical issues in the process of its development in Egypt, trying to explore ways toeffectively spread the martial arts in Egypt, and provide feasible suggestions to promotemartial arts in Egypt as well as African and Arab countries.The results of the study shows that: the development of martial arts in Egypt showed agood momentum, the number of people who practice martial arts is large, but the overalllevel is not high; the types of martial arts is not balanced, based mainly in Sanda, the routinesof Martial arts are relatively weak, especially Tai Chi. The promotion of martial arts in Egyptis currently relying on martial arts clubs, and the level of its coaches is uneven, its curriculumis disordered, there are no syllabus, examination system or Martial arts uniforms. TheEgyptian Martial arts practicers learn martial arts from a few channel, mainly from films andtelevision works. Most of the students, coaches learn Martial arts by themselves throughvideo, CD, etc. They do not have a deep understanding of the martial arts. Egypt lacksChinese martial arts coaches, and the ways to get martial arts books, videos, equipments, etc.Chinese Culture Center in Cairo played a role in the process of promoting martial arts, butthe propaganda is still insufficient, the cooperation between culture center and Egypt Martialarts Association will undoubtedly accelerate the healthy and orderly development of martialarts in Egypt.After analyzing and researching the status of martial arts development in Egypt and itsways of effective communication, I made the following recommendations as reference formore effective dissemination of Martial arts in Africa and the Arab region.1. Develop appropriate local martial arts development strategic policy depending ondifferent state situation.2. Martial international promotion should be based on building a system-level, tostandardize worldwide.3. For Africa’s economic backwardness, Chinese Martial arts Association shouldcoordinate with International Martial arts Federation, actively support the development of martial arts in Africa.4. Emphasis on the important role of embassies in promoting martial arts, using theembassies as a bridge and link, build communication and cooperation among differentcultures, make martial arts truly become the world’s martial arts under the jointcollaborative efforts.
