The Application Research Of Mathematical Model In High School Biology Teaching

Having a very important role in the teaching of knowledge and knowledgelearning, Mathematical model is an important scientific research method. With theimplementation of the new curriculum, new curriculum standards and syllabus havestrengthened the mathematical model in teaching. However, the application ofmathematical models in biology teaching of senior high school is still comparativelyrare.Based on the concept of new curriculum standard of high school biology, thepaper aims at developing the application of mathematical models in biology teachingof senior high school. Firstly, through the literature search, the paper explores themeaning and classification of mathematical model, and the research status at homeand abroad. Secondly, through the questionnaire, the paper tests the mathematicalmodel knowledge of students and teachers, and further more, the paper will showcurrent situation of the application and research status of mathematical models inbiology teaching of senior high school. Thirdly, Combined with personal teachingexperience and teaching examples, the paper investigates the application ofmathematical model in high school biology teaching from different subjects. Last butnot the least, on the basis of case study, the paper puts forward the principle andstrategy of building mathematical model.According to the results of questionnaire and case teaching reflection, threeconclusions will drawn:(1)The Application of mathematics model in biology teachingof senior high school is not deep enough;(2)Developing the teaching of mathematicalmodel in high school biology teaching is feasible;(3)Mathematical model is ascientific teaching method, evaluation tool and learning tool. Finally, the paper liststhe limitations of the study.
